DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery & Shipping
At ASTEE atelier, we offer complimentary delivery on all orders.
For items marked "in stock" , we aim to ship your order within 2 business days.
For "made to order" items, we aim to complete your order within approximately 2–3 weeks. If a piece is more complex or requires additional time, we will notify you by email.
Please note: all "made to order" sales become final 24 hours after checkout. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time for completion and delivery, as we are unable to refund these orders once the 24-hour period has passed.
If you change your mind after completing a purchase, please contact us via service@asteeatelier.com right away. If your "in stock" item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order contains items with different lead times, we will ship everything together once all items are ready. If you would like to receive an item earlier, please place a separate order or email us at service@asteeatelier.com to arrange a split delivery. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply.
Urgent Orders
For urgent “made to order” pieces, please email us at service@asteeatelier.com and include your order number if you've already placed it. We may be able to expedite your order to approximately 10 days for an additional fee. We'll do our best to help — just contact us and let us know your timeline.
Worldwide Shipping Terms
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150, with customs and taxes prepaid for the countries and territories listed below. For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee of $50 applies per order.
If your region isn't on the list, don't worry — we are able to ship to the vast majority of destinations. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly. However, please keep in mind that any applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility upon arrival.

We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that the delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by courier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
At ASTEE atelier, we believe in conscious consumption. If you're not completely sure about your purchase, you have 14 days — starting the day after you receive your package — to request a return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that some pieces are not eligible for return. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom bespoke orders
Orders with personal engravings
Items marked as final sale
Orders purchased with a credit note
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return an eligible item, simply email us at service@asteeatelier.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will get back to you within 3 business days.
If your return is authorised, please pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached— including all pieces, any gifts that came with the order, and the authorisation form.
To help us process your return smoothly, please ensure the item is unworn and in its original, mint condition. If you've misplaced any parts of the item, just email us — we're happy to help.
Important: Returns must be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving your authorisation. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Shipping & Handling Fees for Returns
For returns, you will be responsible for delivery to and from our address (including any customs and taxes, where applicable), plus a handling fee of $30.
If you wish to exchange an item, the handling fee will be waived. However, you will still be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, including any customs and taxes.
Not sure what you'd like to exchange for? You may request a credit note instead, which is valid for up to 2 years. Please note that the value of the credit note will be issued minus any delivery costs paid on the original order, and return delivery fees remain the customer's responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
If an unauthorised or ineligible return is sent to us, we will contact you to arrange its return at your expense. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we may donate or responsibly recycle the item.

Starting a Return Is Simple
We’ve made the return process as effortless as possible. Just follow these steps:

· Navigate to your order history, select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and complete the quick 4-step request form.
· Once your request is approved, we’ll send you an email with all the shipping details you’ll need.
Which Items Are Eligible for Return?
To ensure a smooth return experience, please keep the following in mind:
· Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
· Items must be unworn and in its original, mint condition.
· Please retain the original packaging including all pieces including any gifts that came with the order and ensure all tags are attached.
· A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Issues with Damage, Loss, or Theft
Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us:
· If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
· In the case of loss or theft, kindly retain any relevant evidence and notify us immediately so we can assist.
Exchanges
For the fastest way to receive a different item, we recommend returning the original piece. We are happy to offer exchanges for selectable variants. Once your exchange is approved, your new piece will be shipped out to you promptly.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund?
We aim to process refunds quickly and transparently:
· After your return is processed (we aim to get back to you within 3 business days, you will receive a refund confirmation. Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. Store credit refunds are applied immediately.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at service@asteeatelier.com —we will personally look into it for you.

18 Karat Gold Jewelry
Gold is precious, but it's also soft. To keep your 18K gold glowing:
Remove it before swimming, bathing, exercising, or applying lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays—these can dull the finish over time.
Clean gently with the special cloth we include with every order. Please avoid chemical cleaners, which can be abrasive.
Store each piece separately in its Astee Atelier pouch or a jewelry box to prevent scratching.
Gold Vermeil Jewelry (18K Gold Plated 925 Sterling Silver)
Gold vermeil is a time-honored technique of plating sterling silver with gold. Our pieces are coated with multiple thick layers of 18K gold for lasting radiance. The base is 925 sterling silver—92.5% pure silver.
Because vermeil is a layered finish, it naturally tarnishes and wears over time. To keep yours looking its brightest:
Avoid water, moisture, and chemicals. We recommend removing your vermeil pieces before bathing, showering, washing hands, swimming, or applying beauty products.
Replating is available for a fee to restore its original luster. Just contact us for a quote.
Lab Diamonds & Gemstones
Our lab-grown diamonds, rubies, sapphires, and emeralds are identical to mined stones—physically, chemically, and optically—with greater clarity and a smaller footprint.
Each stone has its own personality:
Diamonds, rubies & sapphires are wonderfully durable.
Emeralds are more delicate and ask for extra gentleness.
To keep them safe:
Put on and take off your jewelry with care, especially over soft surfaces.
Avoid knocks—even a small bump can chip a stone or loosen a setting.
Cleaning:
Diamonds, rubies & sapphires: A soft, damp cloth is usually enough. For a deeper clean, mild soapy water and a gentle brush work well—just no harsh chemicals.
Emeralds: Please never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners. Clean only with a soft cloth and lukewarm soapy water, then rinse and dry gently.
Professional care: We're always here to give your pieces a thorough clean and check that every stone is secure—especially for emeralds. Just get in touch.
Our Commitment to You
We believe fine jewelry should be treasured for generations. That's why we offer services including cleaning, polishing, and fit alterations—to keep your pieces as beautiful as the moment they became yours.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
